Okay, my 650 k7 came with a heatsink and fan (slot a). I have a small 60mm fan blowing air on it, an 80mm fan on top of the case above the PSU (it's a full tower). I have an intake 80mm in the bottom front.

My computer gets pretty damn hot inside.. it's all scsi so i have scsi cables goin all the way up through the side so its a bit cluttered.. Awhile ago I got my bios alarm (assuming heat) so I turned off my PC and it was really freakin hot inside.. PSU was hot, case was hot.. cpu.. etc.. I think something went wrong (was playing UT..) becuase after some cooling and turning it back on it was like 63C in the BIOS.. my computer (according to MBM5) idles at 53C, and 56-58C under load (Unreal Tournament).

This is crap. Did I mention the PSU is blowing out really hot air (normal?). I'm kind of new with this.

ANYWAY.. I ordered the 80mm's from Outpost, they're antec's.. I have no idea what the specs are.. I don't kno what the 60mm is, I pulled it out of my old system (p200mmx).

So, I decided to order a GW VOS32 Heatsink/fan. I also ordered 3 Panaflo L1A since I hear the VOS32 is loud as it is and my scsi drives are full height cudas, so those are really loud too. I want to replace my intake and exhaust with the panaflow's and if possible, my psu fan with the 3rd, is that safe? What do you guys think?

Also, would it hinder the vos32 if I changed the fans to something quieter? Or I shold just leave those as is.. any suggestions welcome..

First of all, have you tried routing your cables and wires to the sides and/or bundling them together to let the air in your case flow as freely as possible? I know one of the tricks I used was to take a razor knife, very carefully make a small incision in my ide cables, pull along that incision- the idea being to end up with an ide cable that looked like it was 5 or 6 skinny ones, stack the sections together, tie with tape or zip ties, and you have "rounded cables" There is an article on AtholonOC's page that goes into much better detail about it. It sure helps with the air flow, and makes for a much neater case.
While the L1A don't move as much cfm as some others, they still do a decent job and are quiet. I would suggest putting an 80mm fan on you hs, you can retain the cfm while gaining quietness. (there are several links in this section that pertain to putting an 80mm fan on your hs). If you have a stock hs, I would definately recommend upgrading to a better one, check out the reviews on Anand's main page for one that would suit you.
You could get hard drive coolers for your scsi's, they fit in the 5 1/4" bays (you'll have to move the drives up there-unless that's where they already are). You might want to consider adding extra case fans to help move all that hot air out of the case, which would help your psu to stay cooler as right now it's trying to use the hot air that's in the case to cool itself.
Hope this gives you some ideas you can use.
