Question Regarding Dell Returns

Hey everyone,

Can someone with experience returning an opened computer from Dell fill me in on the return process? Do we pay shipping? Is it difficult? Thanks!

No, you don't pay shipping. They send you a replacement computer with a new shipping label inside so you can return the old one to them. At least that's the experience I've had returning an LCD monitor to them, but should be the same with a PC. It wasn't difficult at all.
