Power supplies that have 24pins are not called BTX or termed "BTX form factor power supplies", right?

From what I just read on Anand's review of BTX, ATX power supplies actually work with BTX motherboards and they haven't finalized a BTX power supply factor, yet, right?

Anyway I work with someone and he keeps telling people that the new 24pin power supply units are the new BTX power supplies.

Anyhow, just wanting to clarify on this. Thanks.
