I understand what you're going though. My soon-to-be room mate can't drive. Grew up in Monteral, always had access to mass transit and folks that would drive him around. Has his learner's permit, but not much practice. And I drive a stick shift. :frown: This is going to be quite annoying I can foresee. His only excuse besides lack of motivation to learn how to drive is the other drivers. For an automotive adventure, just try driving the highways and streets of Monteral. Between the insane street layouts, almost universal parking along the side of the street, double and even tripple parking, it's not a pleasent experience driving around that place.
Could that be what's up with your GF? She's scared of the other drivers and what they might do to her on the road?
