I have the 80mm x 25mm H1A model that pushes 39.6 CFM @ 32db.

question is does it support RPM monitering?

I have 2 H1A's and 3 M1A's as case fans for my SX1030b which are all connected by 4-pin connectors to the power supply...I am wondering if they are indeed RPM monitering capable then can I get a pass through cable that allows for RPM signal and connect it to my motherboard headers....?

Thanks!

I believe all the Panaflo fans have RPM monitoring but they are not connected. The empty pin on your fan should have a wire connecting to it that goes to the motherboard pin that senses the RPM's.

I recently ordered my case that will have 4 Panaflo 92mm H1As and 2 Panaflo 80mm H1As. This would interest me as well, though they will be connected to a baybus, so I'm not as concerned with monitoring their RPMs, just that their noise is bearable at the regular and low settings.

anyone know how to get that one pin on the fan to connect to the motherboard header for RPM signaling...I believe my ASUS A7N8X Deluxe has two fan headers...one for CPU and one for a Case Fan

I don't recall seeing the RPM-signaling variant on the PC market. My take on the matter is this: you don't have enough fan headers to pick up RPMs on that many fans anyway, unless you have something very unusual like a Tyan Tiger230 (6 headers on that board). Don't worry about the RPMs, the fans are very long-lived and they're just case-ventilation fans anyway, is my 2c worth :)

I like the Panaflo 80mm m1a (28db 32Cfm) very quiet, cant hardly hear them with 5 in case, side, top, cpu, 2 rear. (theres also a 120mm in front, but its not as quiet.)
Most of these come with a two pin lead on them, but they have a jumper like pin header, you can buy a new 3 pin lead at the electronics store (Fry's) for 1.50$
