Question re. dual vs. single processor setup... but,

What if the setup is something like single PIII 550 vs. dual PII 333? both setups will obviously run either NT4 or W2K mainly as file/application server. Eventhough 550 has faster processor power, but wouldn't 2 333 be better for multitasking in a server environment?

I tried to do search on the forum, but I didn't come up with anything. Ideas?
