Question re: 20 pin power cable

Bit of a noob question here:

I just noticed that the 20 pin power cable that attaches to the motherboard from my new power supply (a Corsair 520) has no wire for one of the pins - unlike the one from my old power supply which has wires going to all pins. The missing wire is white on the old cable and seems to go to the -5V pin if I'm reading my diagram correctly.

Is this normal for newer power supplies? Or do I have a problem?

Thanks for your time

Yes, nothing has used the -5V lline for a very long time - it was optional for a while and was totally written out of the latest ATX spec. The -12V is the next to go.
