How can I find out if my Video Card Aopen Geforce2Mx PA256Mx, will work with my new motherboard a Gigabyte GA-81RX that require a AGP 4X (1.5V). AGP 2.0 compliant .

It'll work.
The card is an AGP 4X 1.5/3.3V card, it can work in virtually any and all AGP ports.
