I have a dreamcast, I want to add the broadband adapter so I can have fast access on the dreamcast.

Now, the problem is this:
I have a server in my room connected to the cable modem, Ihave 3 other pc's in 3 different rooms all coneected to the server through the phoneline system.

Now if I insert another nic card in the server, and connect that cable to the broadband adapter would I get internet access or do i need to connect the cable modem directly to the dreamcast.?

You should be able to get access assuming you have some sort of ICS software, and you use a cross over cable.

ICS software will do the trick, or you can get a router, and kill that phone connection kit your running.

Yes, but its the only way to share the internet in the house(6k sq. ft.)
I'm sharing 4 pc's in 4 different rooms. Cabling through normal networking(cat 5) will take alot of holes, money, and time.

Phoneline is great efficient, but could be faster.
