Question on Xp performance settings

Under the Performance->Advanced Tab in windows Xp.
Should the memory section be set to programs or to System Cache?

Which will yield the greatest performance for gaming?

Also should I leave system restore enabled?

It all depends on how you use your computer. Unless your running a file server set it for programs.

System restore is something I really hate (but some love it). You will slow down a little if it's on. It also eats alot of HD space.
