Question on wireless Routers

I have been having trouble getting to website www.efollett.com thru my DLINK 614+ using Bellsouth DSL. I can get to it if I remove the router from the setup. If I switch routers to
a) Microsoft MN-500 or
b) Netgear MR-814

will I get better results? I know some of these products are based on the same chipset. Does that mean that they are functionally the same?

any clues on this problem?
