Question on WinXP Editions

I just want to know for my own information in case I?m asked. I know Windows XP comes in two versions, home and professional. The IT guy at work said we are getting the corporate version at work. I have a duel CPU at work for running circuit simulations so I would like to know if the corporate version is professional and will take advantage of my second processor? The IT person at work could not answer; he is just an installer not the boss🙂
