Question on Win2k and processes?

I was killed with a million pop-ups earlier today (from a link in Off-topic), and I noticed one of them tried to install something on my computer. I answered no, but Zone Alarm soon asked me if I wanted to give it Internet access. I clicked no. The culprit is webpdp_fsg_1050.exe. It is running as a process in Windows Task Manager and is using 4,092K of RAM. How do I figure out what this thing is, and how do I get rid of it? I know where that file is located, but will removing that file alone get rid of it? Thanks for any help.
