Can anyone tell me why it is that in the Open Office spreadsheet that if I do a data/validity function on a cell which attempts to limit the input to that particular cell, to a text length of between 0 minimum to 0 maximum, that it does NOT seem to work.
If I do that same operation in Excel, it precludes me from subsequently inputting any data into that cell, thus effectively blocking entry of data to that cell, i.e. write protecting that cell.
