Question on USB

What was the first platform that used it? I mean, I thought it was first implementet in PII generation of Mobos but yesterday I saw them in IBM Pentiun Pro systems in the university.

My first USB was on a pentium pro 200mhz system. Used a USB external cdrom on it with a heavily updated version of windows 98. never really worked properly. Ahhh. The old days.

Yep I can remember the sound of the old hardworking PC's, sounds kinda nice in a quiet room unless its taking too long, lol.
