Question on updating drivers...

When I download new drivers and unzip them they all want to go into C:/windows/temp. Should I create new folders for each update? Is it OK to delete the temp folder after running the .exe file?
 
it's certainly safe to delete them after they're installed.

i happen to keep them and put them all in separate folders because i keep a copy of all my drivers on my hard drive so i don't have to d/l them again if i re-install. (it's a good idea)
