Question on unlocking/overclocking with RivaTuner

I installed Rivatuner last night, and some of the settings and options made me wonder something. When you overclock or unlock a card, does Rivatuner make that a permanent change until it's changed again, or do you have to keep Rivatuner running? Cause i noticed it had like startup options and stuff in the overclocking section.

Im pretty sure that it makes that change to your system until the next time you restart your computer unless you check that box. But I could be wrong?

^^^^ yeap it does save your settings if you check that box unless you change the settings somewhere else then they are removed
