Question on Titan's System Exhaust Blower?

I was wondering if anybody is using this in their system?

System Exhaust Blower

Seems like a good idea, and seeing as how my video card causes much of the heat in my system I could place this directly below it to clear that heat out.

What are the noise levels like on it? I'm quite conscious of noise inside the computer having spent quite a bit of cash on getting the thing quiet - it runs at < 28 dba, but in real life use I'm not sure what that equates to.

If anyone can shed any light on their experiences with it I'd be most grateful.

Cheers,

Si.

i did alot of reading about those PCI coolers a while ago (~9 months ago, something like that) and they pretty much are all crap. i read one article where they took 2 or 3 different ones with different brand names, different CFM ratings and different noise ratings, and took them apart, and they were all the exact same part. also if you read some reviews you will find that they dont do a whole lot for case temps. as long as you have a cpu fan, psu fan, and one or two case fans, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. getting a crystal orb will definitely affect your video card temps, if overclocking is what you're going for.

btw, your link is not loading for me.

Thanks for that - sorry about the link but it was pointing to the wrong part!

This is the correct link -=> http://www.titan-cd.com/003.htm <=- though I think there's a problem with the site at the moment. I'm trying to find some reviews around the place but thanks for the suggestion on the Orb.

They pretty much all blow equally <-- Me Pun!

Stay away from them. A better solution is to dremel out a 80mm hole with a YS Tech style fan doing the exhaust duties.
