Thinking about getting this to build my next machine. The ICE thing this has is the heatsink for the CPU, right? Does this mean I won't need to get a heatsink/fan for the processor? Cause I debating to get either the retail or OEM 3000+ and if I don't need the heatsink/fan I'll just get the OEM version. Thanks!
