There is the radeon 8500dv and then there is to be also an all in wonder radeon 8500. Is the all in wonder basically the radeon 8500 with extra features? Any ideas when the all in wonder will be out? thanks.t
 
thanks aao again..i see that now...so the reviews and previews were they of the 8500 or the 8500dv? any ideas? and then is the 8500dv the same as the 8500 plus extra features? thanks..t
 
As far as I've seen so far the 8500DV is just a featured loaded 8500 ( same clock speed, etc). It has the break out box and all of the other features of the AIW. Check out ATI's website for more info
 
Thanks..yes I did check it out and I like the firewire ports....I was just wondering how to distinguish in the price searching between the two...but just found out thanks to AAO and found it on the Neweeg site for $400...

I am getting one of the new dvd+rw drives and want to put my home videos straight to the dvd from the vcr/camcorder via video capture..and this card should do it right?
