there's approximately 8-10 videos of this test or games being played but during 2 of them towards the middle of the testing 2 ofn the tests ran very very slow almost like slow motion, is this normal??
 
Yes. Those are the CPU Tests, designed to run with a maximum of 2-3FPS on the best systems.
