Question on setting up dual boot xp/98 with C: as swap partition

Say I wanted to install 98 and XP like this:

c: 1 GB - boot files and swap partition - fat32?
d: 4 GB XP OS - ntfs
e: 4 gb 98 OS - fat32
etc.

If I had a blank harddrive how would I set this up? I don't think I can fdisk the partitions first since fdisk can't read ntfs partitions. Do I need something like Boot Magic? I thought I remember reading something that 98 had to be installed to the C drive. Thanks for any help.

Yes, Ranish will be the best solution here.

Make the c:\ drive 1Gig FAT16 (supposedly the fastest fs)

Then put the rest in an extended partition. I have heard it is best to install win98 before win2k/XP so you may want to put that on your D: partition.
