Question on setting jumpers on Creative Labs 52x, model CD5233E!

Help me if you own one of these or not!
I need to know what to set the jumpers on the cd-rom, so it's set on edie 1 master.

Or a manual with the jumper settings would be helpful too.

don't have that drive myself but there are usually 3 jumper settings,master,slave, cable select. just jumper for master & put it on the ide channel! or are you saying that there are no distinctive markings for jumpers on the drive?

no markings on the drive at all, but I just realized that I plugged my HDD with the ATA100 cord, and the cd-rom is on primary IDE, so is that how it's supposed to be, and the ide doesn't detect the hdd?

There aren't markings on the drive. I have a Creative Blaster 52x and the drive besides the label is bare. The jumpers are as follows...

They should be in this order when you face the back of the drive to you. Default it should be on the farthest to the right, or the "master" setting...
