Question on Registry editing software

Ok, I've got a problem with MS FrontPage 2003 and it will not run. I've uninstalled it and tried to re-install it and I keep getting an error when it's trying to install.

Now to my question...I've looked in the registry and I don't believe FrontPage has removed itself from the registry, thus I believe there in lies my problem.

Is there any kind of program that will automatically search the registry and delete a keyword? i.e. I can manually do this (like I have to on all Norton products), but it takes forever. Just looking for a quicker solution.
