Question on Purchasing Motherboard/CPU Combo

Hey everyone I am in the process of purchasing a new Motherboard and CPU for a rig I am building for my girlfriend. I just wanted to get a AMD 64 (734) with a standard motherboard that has PCI-E and SATA. Now that is really besides the point because my question is I bought a Mobo/CPU previously from Monarch and they sent it with the two already installed, are there any other places that do the same thing, that is install the CPU/Heatsink for you and then ship it out? Please let me know as I really have had bad experiences installing CPU's in the past and really liked it having it done for me. So any reccomendations would be great! Thanks so much!
 
mwave.com does that too with their barebones/ some combos... why not just get a 939 if your gonna go pci-e? the price is not too much steeper
 
I was actually planning on going with the 939 when I saw how much cheaper everywhere else was outside of Monarch. I was thinking of going with just an AMD 64 3000+ . I really want to go with an inexpenssive Motherboard and just need one that is stable and that has PCI-E and SATA. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions. I liked the Abit KN8 for $70.20 or even the AsusPlease let me know what you all think!
