Question on PSU for server build

Ya, so as my title states, I am building out a home server lab environment to run ESXi server with lots of VM's.

I bought the following components:

SuperMicro:

Here is the CPU:

Intel Xeon E5-2603 v3 Haswell 1.6GHz

64gb DDR4 memory.

Chassis:
Nortek 3U

Storage wise, I have a 512gb SSD drive that I will be using initially, but i do plan on adding more storage (between 6-12TB probably). What i am debating on at the moment is how to set it up (RAID card most likely). May even convert one of the 5.25 bays to a icydock which can hold between 4 and 8 SSD's.

I do plan to add some extra fans in there for cooling as well.

And the last piece is my PSU, which I seem to be struggling with.
Doing some calculations, i came across this PSU and was wondering what the thoughts on it are:

I know Seasonic are solid PSU's, but my main questions are:

1. Enough power overall.
2. Will it fit in the cas?

My plan is to grow into this server. I can upgrade the CPU when prices get cheaper, and plan to get 128gb of memory eventually.

My concern is underpowered PSU.
Hence, I ask here, for feedback and suggestions.

1. Yes, 650W is more than enough power for what you're proposing. It's really even overkill.
2. No, it probably won't fit. An ATX PSU won't fit on its side in a 3U chassis, and the PSU spot isn't wide enough to fit it in standard orientation.

I did find a seasonic 2U PSU.

I am assuming, this would be enough?
