Question on oc settings?

I have the setup that I am using at this point listed below in my sig. My question is on the cpu-z it says my htt is at 1045. Should I drop my multiplier down .5 and raise my bus speed or is 1045 ok? I know they say lower than 1000 but ? Also my cpu voltage? What is the best for the 4400+ that people have noticed. I don't work on ocing a lot and just tinker once in a while so I tend to need a little refreshing sometimes.
