Question on Neweggs "15 day valid" rma

Hi,

I got a RMA last tuesday and i was ready to have the thing shipped on monday but when i called UPS they won't be able to take my package untill the 26th. Now i am trying to get this thing out before the 15 day period expires. Is the 15 Day period "Normal" 15 days or is it 15 bussiness days? Do they count Hollidays as well???
