Alright, I need to know how well my cooling is and if my cables are messing things up as messy as they are.
Here is a pic:

That's a 3000+ Venice core and it usually idles around 36 degrees, ambient is similar too apparently... how do I test it under load? I'm new to this all, remember?
Well, like, SpeedFan says Temp1 38, Temp2 38, Temp3 -48, HD0 32, Temp1 36... what's what?
Also, my GPU (A Leadtek 6800GT) under the Nvidia settings says its 62 right now, it usually seems to range from 62-66 idle if I can recall right, but it says the ambient temps are 47 degrees.
Sooo... few questions then:
How can I better organize my cables? How do I test my temps under various loads, and is there a better temp monitoring program (nTune monitor seems to not work with this BIOS version and I don't feel like reflashing just for that)?
And what are good and bad temps for various components?
Should I block off the VGA duct with tape since I'm not using it... would that help my graphics cards temps?
Any other info you need so you can help me? I want everything nice and cool as best possible before I attempt any OC'ing.
For fun here's another messy pic: http://img372.imageshack.us/my.php?image=computer817050037qc.jpg
More where that came from if you want.
