Question on lap top screen

I just bought my first notebook the M6085. I have question about the screen however. When I scroll down on web pages it looks like the screen fades out until I stop moving. Is this normal? There doesnt seem to be a problem with playing dvds or games. Its liek the sreen fades in and out really fast if I scroll really slowly there is no problem. I dont know much about note books so this might be a really stupid question. Other than that I am really impressed with the note book.
