Question on HDMI Cables

Are these the same HDMI cables they sell at magnolia sells for 200-300 freakin dollars? And oon comcasts video "intro to hd" (not that i really think they know much) they say to just use Avi cables isnt that false for true hd? And yes i do have an hd box, got it for the DVR.
