Question on HDMI Cables

hey i just got a 32 in hd lcd tv (Westinghouse) It was on sale at Bestbuy. I wanted to know if i really need to pay 50 to 100 bucks for a hdmi cable? I saw this on newegg

its 20 bucks.Olevia makes lcd tv so would this be ok? From what i understand hdmi is better than the component (rgb) cables

Are these the same HDMI cables they sell at magnolia sells for 200-300 freakin dollars? And oon comcasts video "intro to hd" (not that i really think they know much) they say to just use Avi cables isnt that false for true hd? And yes i do have an hd box, got it for the DVR.
