Question on Gloves

I'm looking for cold-weather, fleece-lined, slash-resistant gloves for my brother for xmas/bday.

I've been checking out products online, but i have no idea what i'm looking for / what's good quality. He's in the military, so quality is important here

help me out, OT!

Do a google search. This is not very hard. Seriously. They make these gloves for butchers that you might be able to use.

I think I have these (been a few years since I bought them): http://www.copsplus.com/prodnum4897.php

The materials seem to be good quality, and the stitching is adequate. They've held up to general wear pretty well. One of the fingertips came stitched crooked. They're a little small for me (my hands are between sizes), and I like my winter gloves warmer.
