Question on DVI->VGA Adaptor

Does anyone have an idea how much visual quality will be degraded using a DVI->VGA adaptor on a 7800 GTX and Viewsonic E90 monitor at 1600x1200? Pics comparing DVI and VGA output would be great.

Should be no degradation, the adaptor simply uses the analog pins from the DVI-I connector, there is no signal conversion happening.

On a LCD, DVI will make things look better, especially at 1600x and higher.

No reason not to use DVI.

On a CRT, if you go DVI > VGA, there is no problem with that.
