Question on buying a switch

I need to get a new switch for an office, and was looking at a dell 2324 has 24 10/100 ports and 2 10/100/1000 ports would like to have one gigabit port for when all the pcs backup. My question is this switch is $150 anyone have any other recommendation or comments, its not really a big deal I'm sure, but want to get it right as opposed to messing around with it later. budgets about 250 if need be. and I need 16 ports any more is just in case.

good switch, but no management in that model (if I remember correctly). It will do the job of a simple switch though.
