If you go to the bios, it actually tells you very clearly what PCI divider will kick in at which FSB speed (try changing the FSB under the Soft Menu II section, I don't remember exactly when the 1/4 divider kicks in, but I think it was at 120 FSB, or maybe 124 FSB). As you move up and down the FSB speeds (maybe you need to press enter to view the choices, or you just go thru them one at a time via the cursors/pageup/pagedown keys), the PCI bus speed will show up next to the estimated processor speed (or somewhere around, I am not using the mobo right now). Once you hit 120, pay attention to that number; if the PCI bus speed is showing 30 to 37.5 at above 115 FSB, then you know for sure your PCI 1/4 divider is activate.
