Question on a weird registry happening

I just ran a program called registry monitor on my home PC. Those of you who are not familiar with the program, it's an app that monitors the realtime registry activity.


My problem lies in the fact that there's a constant call to what seems to be that I have my microphone muted.

I have a Hercules Game Theater XP external sound card with the 5.12.1.4057 driver version.

The #1332 - 1377 appears every 10 seconds or so. And #1380-1382 just keep scrolling indefinately over and over again.
Does anyone know if this is normal and if not, can it be turned off?

edit in response to your reply: It isn't highly technical, but I don't know the answer to your question. I do know that tech support questions don't belong here. If you were asking, "How would I implement a registry", that would be highly technical. If you are asking, "I have water, how do I make ice", that isn't highly technical.
