What do the little numbers on the 9700Pro's Samsung memory chips mean?
I know that by the part number u can find out what speed it is
ok, so if the chip says
Samsung 226
K4D26323RA GC2A
Looking up the spec sheet, I see this:
part number: K4D26323RA
Organization: 4Mx32
VDD/VDDQ (V): 2.8/2.8
Speed(ns): 2A/3.3/3.6
Refresh: 4K/32ms
Package: 144FBGA
Interface: SSTL_2
How do I interpret these
specially the speeds...
from OC Addiction "memory with the "RA" designator is indeed 2.8ns and capable of 350MHz clock @CL5" refering to K4D26323RA
... but the Samsung spec sheet says VDD/VDDQ (V): 2.8/2.8 and Speed(ns): 2A/3.3/3.6
I'm really confused!
... and what does the "226" in Samsung 226 stand for? I seen Samsung 214 also
help!
