Question on 4 Sticks of RAM with a Newcastle

I know it would downclock it to 333mhz, but:

Would it still run dual channel?

If I were to OC it back to 400mhz would it perform the same as if it werent downclocked?

Itd actualy be nice, cause my gigbyte board has no ratio setting in the bios, so my ram is OCed exactly with the bus. This would give me more room.

First of all, interesting CPU you have there. You don't see many socket 939 Newcastles. On to your question. CPU speed is king, so if you can use a divider do so, and set your memory to 2T. As far as I know, the Newcastle only has a single channel memory controller, so your memory will not be running in dual-channel mode, no matter what slots you put it in.

Enjoy your newcastle. I love mine.
