question on 2 moboz

well i want to upgrade to a 1.2 gig athelon 200/266 mhz , question is which mobo is better EPOX EP-8KHA VIA Apollo KT266 (VT8366) 200/266 MHz or EPOX Motherboard VIA KT133A CHIPSET, Supports 266 mhz FSB, Model 8KTA3 i have 256 sdram pc100 can i use it for either of these mobo ? is this a good combo ? please PM me..cuz i think they keep deleting my post!!!! i need some help cuz i need to upgrade real soon thanx.

why don't you get an epox 8k7a and pay like 50 bucks for 256 stick of DDR ram. pc100...man...that's a long time ago.
