Question of compatibility with the Simple Tech. Memory with the KT133!!

I have heard that a brand Ram memory called Simple Technology is incompatible with KT133 motherboards. Is that true, because I have 2 modules (in a SY - 6vba133) and I wanna change to a kt133 based system!!
please, help me!
