Question: OEM product/barebone, but it lists accessories.

Refurbished may or may not include accessories, it's the luck of the draw. Only trust the pictures / description if buying new not refurb.
 
Newegg is listing the items that came with the original new package.
It says "Barebones" because it does not individually inspect every refurbished
package and list those contents on the computer.

What you get is what the previous post said.."the luck of the draw"
