I'm assuming one of his friend's hit a Prelude and is wondering how much the bill is going to be. He asked me "how much does a front fender, one headlight, and a hood cost all stock." I'm assuming original parts; he also said the hood is carbon fiber.

What should I tell him?

EDIT: I don't think he knows what carbon fiber means. So, can I get a ballpark figure for both with and without?

I think you should tell him that if he hit the car hard enough to require replacing the hood, there will probably be other things that need fixing besides those parts.

If you are into the hood and headlight, you are also into the core support, maybe a radiator.

Yea, but he JUST asked me for those parts. I told him he probably took out a radiator. But he asked me for these, so I want to give him a ballpark figure.

And a labor/paint estimate, too.
