question @ MSI radeon 9800 pro

i have got a MSI radeon 9800 pro will it work with a p2 400Mhz with a jetway mobo and a AGP slot at
3.3 V.

Nope. AGP 4X/8X cards all operate at 1.5V. (8X technicially goes at 0.8V twice as fast but it still goes in the 1.5V slot).

according to the other posters, you MB is old and supports the old standard that'll FRY your videocard.

Don't believe? Try it and you can get your card back from RMA in time for your new rig. ;)
