Question (Mostly for the women out there.) about nippalage

I love it when a woman buys a low cut shirt that proudly displays he breasts, then acts surprised when a guy looks at them. Women seem to be more emotion and don't see things in the cold, calculating way that most guys can see them. I guess that's why the wine+dine=sex trick has worked for so long. Women see it as some emotional time spent with a nice guy, while a guy sees it as a tried and true formula to get laid.
