A group of individuals have deemed it apon themselves to corrupt our servers and cause them to crash remotely. Causing everyones computer that is using these servers to crash. The server crashes, and causes downtime which eventually costs us money. I am going to be making a public proposal in another forum (to those whom this applies to) with a legal statement. This statement, I do not know how to write, and whether or not it has legal standing. I have links as well, but do not want to bring this case out into the public light just yet. If I were to type this in the other forum, the group of individuals causing this issue, would surely know who I'm talking to.

Please PM me if you are experienced to some degree in this area, and can help me craft a small public address to try and gather some administrators from over the USA to come to Georgia and file a class action lawsuit against these people.

Sounds like you will need an attorney licensed in GA (unless they are approved via pro hac vice).

I may just be tired but the facts/your aim doesn't seem very clear. Do you want to ask admins to make a statement or provide some sort of affidavit regarding the losses from the alleged corruptions?

You seem to be asking to construct a public statement without wanting to make it public. Anyway; the admins won't have to physically travel to GA just to join a class action (if it rises to the level of a class action).

Well, I wish I could be more precise. Many of the users of the servers use AT and if I were to make it more public as to who we are going to take to court, I fear that they will also see this.


Basically the point I'm trying to make is: I need to talk to someone who can help me develop a 'post' in another forum (To which then those we are attacking will be made public). This post will basically be a petition to have as many admins to sign up as we can to join us in this case. Whoever I would be discussing this with would tell me whether or not this case has any standing, and what information will be needed prior to actually starting this case. I'll give all the details in the PM's and try to make it as simple as possible for you.
