Question.. I registered a domain name.. and its says its still avaiable

I registered www.PcFlow.com with who i forget. I was charged on my CC so i can look into it, but i cwent to register.com and they say its available? WTF

It will appear that way for a while...I forget how long it takes, but about a week sounds right for it to start showing people WHOIS info.
