The growth of internet technologies has allowed many common organization tasks which in the past had been dedicated to particular employees to be shared by a network or team of colleagues efficiently. This, in turn, has led to an increase in the practice of job clustering-- a situation where employees talents and abilities are grouped into a common pool and then divided up accordingly to work on specific tasks or projects.
Hence, multiple employees share responsibility for a specific job yet each employee retains enough flexibility to work with a new group on a new task as business needs arise or employment resources dictate.
How's that for a BS answer?
