Question, how do I remove the heat sink?

I think this is a socket 478, it has a heat sink that is held down with 4 pins, you push the 4 pins into the hold and they expand and hold it in.

How are you supposed to remove the heat sink?

You turn the black top of the pins (I think counter-clockwise) and then they'll release.
