Question: how do I make my pages appear as tabs in Opera?

Hi I've been using Opera for a while and what I remember people saying is nice about it is that instead of having new windows for each instance you can have tabs. How do i do that? insetad of going to "Window==>Anadtech(1)" or whatever can I have the tabs visible in the browser so I can clikc left and right easily? Thanks!
